Pop-ups

Toro pop-ups are available in a variety sizes and sprays to suit every job.
Our range includes:

Spray bodies
Ideal for small garden and turf areas, and with seven distinct pop-up sprinkler bodies and a host of interchangeable fixed or variable arc nozzles, you’ll have unlimited design flexibility.

Preassembled sprinklers (body + nozzle)
Choose from a variety of 50 mm (2”), 75 mm (3”) or 100 mm (4”) spray bodies pre installed with quarter, half & full circle spray or variable arc nozzles.

Rotors
For larger areas, Toro rotors have a longer throw, variable arc and require fewer stations. Choose between the T5 RapidSet and the Mini 8 rotor.

Sprays vs Rotors

Pop-ups is a generic name for the type of irrigation that automatically “pops up” when running. Pop-ups sprinklers are comprised of a nozzle and a spray body with fixed or adjustable arcs. Rotors are fixed pop-ups already assembled that have one stream of water and rotate as they are running.

Use this as a guide to select the right type of pop-up, and remember not to mix sprinklers and rotors in the one zone.

Sprays
Moderate
Varying
Interchangable

Sprinklers consist of a body, and a nozzle that sits inside the top of the body. They are available as separate items, or as a preinstalled set.

Sprinklers do not rotate when running, but come in variable or preset arcs ranging from 45° – 360°.

Rotors
Large
Rotating water stream
Fixed body & nozzle set

Rotors are fixed sprays which rotate mechanically to distribute water. With a longer throw they suit large lawn areas, and require fewer stations.

Featuring a variable arc, you can manually set the arc your system requires to efficiently water.

Ultimate flexibility
Build your own pop-ups with individual bodies and nozzles. Bodies are available in different heights featuring a ratcheting riser for easy arc adjustment in the field.
Easy & convenient
Choose from our range of preassembled pop- ups, which consist of a body paired with a nozzle. Available in full, half, quarter and variable arcs.
Large areas
For large lawn and turf irrigation, select from our range of rotors. Rotors are a complete unit ready to use, with variable arcs.

Planning your system

For proper coverage, space your pop-up sprinklers so that the watering patterns overlap. Sprinklers must always be spaced at distances equivalent to their radius of throw. For example, if your sprinkler has a radius of 2 metres you should place your sprinklers two metres apart, so that the edge of the “throw” touches the head of the next sprinkler.

Use this when selecting the right fixed nozzle for your pop-up.
